Personal protection for entrepreneurs
Security planning for business leaders, families and professional appointments.
The individual risk profile matters
Entrepreneurs move between offices, events, private appointments and travel. Whether additional protection is useful depends on the actual circumstances, such as specific threats, publicly known routines or sensitive business situations. A plan should support everyday life without imposing unnecessary restrictions.
Which areas are assessed?
- Business and private journeys, including movement between vehicles and buildings.
- Public exposure of home addresses, appointments and family information.
- Security arrangements for meetings, events and travel.
- Publicly available information and access protection for important accounts.
Building a protection plan
Possible measures include prepared transfers, support at selected appointments, advance checks of venues and clear emergency responsibilities. Family members can be included where necessary and agreed. Vehicles, staff and assignment duration depend on the assessment; armoured vehicles or armed protection are not automatic standard solutions.
Prepare international appointments
Review the current situation at the destination, local rules, reliable transport options and medical facilities. Establish who coordinates local partners and which measures are permitted. International travel does not automatically require armed accompaniment.
Define the assignment clearly
Agree the scope of services, contact person, communication channels and costs in writing. Ask how changes in the situation will be assessed. Confidential business or family details should not be included in an initial general enquiry form. Advice should support a reasoned protection decision without promising guaranteed safety.
